She grew up under Soviet rule. Now EU's top diplomat warns Europe against giving Russia what it wants

Kaja Kallas, European Union foreign policy chief, said Russia is conducting sabotage and intimidation operations intended to weaken European backing for Ukraine. Kallas, who grew up in Soviet-era Estonia, warned that the campaign would intensify if it succeeds in dividing European support. She did not specify which recent incidents she attributed to Russian operations.
