California animal rescue operator charged with felonies for alleged 'inhumane and unsanitary conditions'

Christine De Anda, operator of an unlicensed kennel in Los Angeles County, was charged with 35 felonies related to conditions at her facility. Authorities discovered approximately 300 animals at the location. De Anda was charged based on video documentation and inspection findings at the kennel.
