Israel, Morocco to Open Embassies, Reaffirm ‘Spirit of Abraham Accords’ at U.S.-Backed Summit

Israel and Morocco agreed Wednesday to elevate their diplomatic missions to full embassies and exchange ambassadors at a summit in New York. The agreement was reached at a U.S.-backed event.
