Matthew Rhys won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series at the 2026 Emmy Awards. The Welsh actor told the BBC he found the experience "surreal." No other actor has won both categories in the same year.
