Mourners Chant ‘Revenge’ at Funeral Prayers for Iran’s Slain Supreme Leader

On the second day of public mourning for Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who died in February, there was still no public appearance by his son Mojtaba Khamenei. Funeral prayers were held as part of the official mourning period. Mojtaba Khamenei has been widely expected to succeed his father as Supreme Leader of Iran.
