Parents Push Teens to Start Investing Earlier Than They Did

Many parents are opening supervised investment accounts for teenagers to teach them investing fundamentals. Financial firms including brokerage companies have introduced joint accounts and parental-managed accounts investing in exchange-traded funds to serve this market.
