Cliffwater, Blackstone Private Credit Funds Cap Redemptions

Cliffwater's flagship private credit fund limited redemptions to 5% in the third quarter, after investors sought to withdraw approximately 16% of shares. Blackstone Private Credit Fund, valued at $77 billion, announced it would cap redemptions at 5% after investors requested redemptions of 10% of shares.
