IFM Investors Targets Asia Expansion in Private Credit Fund

Australian asset manager IFM Investors announced it will allocate up to half of a roughly $1 billion private credit fund to Asian markets outside Australia. The deployment targets what the firm identified as available lending opportunities and deal structures in the region. IFM Investors manages approximately $262 billion in assets globally as of the announcement date.
