New Jersey Democrats Demand Attorney General Drop Paramount-Warner Bros. Merger Lawsuit Threatening Thousands of Jobs

Democratic lawmakers from Bergen County, New Jersey urged state Attorney General Matt Platkin to withdraw from a multistate lawsuit challenging the proposed merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery. The lawmakers said the merger would create jobs in the state and that continuing the legal action could harm employment. Platkin's office has not publicly responded to the request.
