US court rules Google will not have to sell ad exchange after losing antitrust case

A federal court ruled that Google does not have to divest its ad exchange business despite finding the company violated antitrust law. The Department of Justice had sought the sale of Google's ad exchange as a remedy in the case. The court determined that other remedies would address the illegal conduct without requiring the divestiture.
