Meet the Candidates Vying to Succeed Tedros as Head of the W.H.O.

The World Health Organization accepted four candidates for the position of director-general on Thursday. The role will be filled by one of these candidates, as incumbent Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus is term-limited and ineligible to serve another term. The election process will determine who assumes leadership of the organization.
