Blackstone-Backed Jersey Mike’s Files for IPO as Listings Jump

Jersey Mike's Subs Inc. filed for an initial public offering on January 16, 2024, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Blackstone Inc. is the majority shareholder of the sandwich chain. The filing comes as US IPO activity has increased after a slower period in 2023.
