DSA’s growing grip on Dem Party hits new territory as establishment falls in line

The Democratic Socialists of America established an office in Atlanta in the district represented by Senator Jon Ossoff. According to DSA, the organization has increased its membership and candidate recruitment in recent years. In 2024 and 2025, candidates affiliated with or endorsed by DSA won several primary races against incumbents and establishment-backed candidates in various states.
