Goldman Sachs Bulks Up Asset Management Business With LCN Deal

Goldman Sachs agreed to acquire LCN Capital Partners for as much as $410 million, according to Bloomberg. LCN Capital Partners invests in commercial real estate through sale-leaseback agreements and triple-net leases. The acquisition is Goldman Sachs' second deal announced within a week as the firm expands its asset management division, which manages approximately $4 trillion.
