Man, 20, dies in 'horrific accident' after slipping from towering Oregon waterfall

A 20-year-old man died after falling approximately 177 feet from South Falls at Silver Falls State Park in Oregon. The fall occurred after the man left the designated trail near the top of the waterfall. The incident took place at the state park located in Oregon.
