Exxon to Change Name for First Time in Decades After Redomicile

Exxon Mobil Corp. will change its name to ExxonMobil Holdings Corp. following a redomiciliation in Texas. The name change marks the first alteration since the company's 1998 merger with Mobil. The company will begin trading under the new name after completing the redomiciliation process.
