Wisconsin Appeals Court Counters County: Upholds Foster Parents' 2A Rights

A Wisconsin Court of Appeals District III decision overturned restrictions Washington County had imposed on gun ownership for foster parents. The court rejected some of the county's rules and eliminated others entirely. The ruling addressed Second Amendment rights as applied to individuals serving as foster parents.
