Washington wildfire arson suspect previously charged with first-degree murder, records show

Aaron Farinacci was charged with first-degree arson in connection with Spokane's Old Trails Fire. According to Arizona court records, Farinacci previously pleaded guilty to manslaughter in a 2010 homicide case in Arizona.
