Brewery boss who banned phones and swearing from pubs dies aged 81

Humphrey Smith, chief executive of Tadcaster Brewery in North Yorkshire, has died at age 81. Smith led the brewery from the 1980s onward. During his tenure, he implemented policies prohibiting mobile phones and profanity in the brewery's pubs.
