Report: 400,000+ Migrants Seeking Amnesty in Spain Were Outside the Country

Spanish police estimated that more than 400,000 people filed amnesty applications under a program announced by the Spanish government, according to reporting by Breitbart. The amnesty program required applicants to have lived in Spain during a specified period. Police indicated that a significant portion of applicants may not have met this residency requirement.
