Thousands of people under evacuation order from wildfires in Spokane, Wash.

Three wildfires are burning in and around Spokane, Washington. Large portions of the city are under Level 3 evacuation orders, which instruct residents to leave immediately. The evacuation order states: "Leave NOW! This may be your only notice."
