Fauci's Fifth fuels vow to haul him into court 'every day' despite Biden pardon
Saturday, August 1, 2026
Alabama Senator Tommy Tuberville and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody said they intend to pursue legal action against Anthony Fauci at the state level following President Biden's federal pardon of the former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director. Tuberville stated he plans to bring Fauci to court regularly, citing what he described as state-level crimes connected to Fauci's handling of COVID-19 policy. Moody indicated Florida would pursue its own legal claims separate from any federal pardon. Biden issued the pardon in January 2025, which covers federal offenses only.
