The Father of 401(k) Has A New Retirement Plan

Ted Benna, credited with developing the 401(k), co-created Radish, an employer-funded retirement plan that allows employees to access funds for immediate expenses such as car repairs or medical bills without paycheck deductions. Benna discussed the plan on Bloomberg This Weekend with David Gura and Christina Ruffini. According to Benna, while the 401(k) increased worker savings, many employees lack the financial capacity to contribute to such plans.
