Jane Street-Backed Exchange Sells Control to Canada’s TMX Group

MEMX LLC, an exchange operator backed by Jane Street and Morgan Stanley, will combine with equity options market BOX. Control of the merged entity will transfer to Canada's TMX Group, the operator of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
