Rep. Tom Kean returns to Congress, says depression is why he went missing for months

Rep. Tom Kean of New Jersey returned to Congress after a months-long absence. In a House floor speech, Kean stated he had been diagnosed with depression and said there was no timeline for his recovery. Kean had not publicly explained his absence to constituents during the period he was not present in Congress.
