Federal Judge Denies DOJ an Injunction Against CA Glock Ban

U.S. District Judge Monica Ramirez Almadani denied the Department of Justice's request for a Temporary Restraining Order against California's ban on Glock firearms. The DOJ had sought the order to block enforcement of the state law while litigation proceeded. The ruling allows California to continue enforcing the ban.
