Gensler: Big Deals a Sign of 'High-Valuation Market'

Gary Gensler, former Securities and Exchange Commission chair and professor at MIT Sloan School of Management, said that recent large capital raises indicate a "high-valuation market." SK Hynix raised $26.5 billion in what Bloomberg reported as the largest foreign initial public offering in the United States, Google announced an $85 billion capital raise, and SpaceX proceeded with going public. Gensler made the remarks during an appearance on Bloomberg's "The Close."
