At Least 100 Are Rescued After Heavy Rain in Missouri

Gov. Mike Kehoe declared a state of emergency in Missouri following heavy rainfall that deposited up to one foot of rain overnight in the southeastern part of the state. At least 100 people were rescued from the affected areas. Additional storms were forecast for the region.
