Gotham FC Announces Move to Etihad Stadium in 2028

Gotham FC announced plans to relocate to Etihad Stadium in Queens beginning in 2028, according to Bloomberg. Gotham FC governor Carolyn Tisch-Blodgett stated that the league and its teams have a duty to build fan engagement from global soccer events. The move follows the Women's World Cup held in Australia in 2023.
