Colorado Supreme Court Rejects Democratic Redistricting Plans

Colorado's Supreme Court rejected ballot initiatives that would have changed state law to implement a new redistricting map. The court determined the initiatives violated existing Colorado law. The redistricting proposals had been put forward through the ballot measure process.
