Exxon Supports SEC Proposal to End Mandatory Quarterly Reports

ExxonMobil Holdings Corp. stated its support for an SEC proposal to replace quarterly financial reporting with semiannual disclosures. The position differs from most other respondents to the SEC's request for comments on the reporting change. The SEC proposal would reduce the frequency of mandatory financial disclosures from four times per year to two times per year.
