OpenAI power consolidates under co-founder Greg Brockman ahead of prospective IPO

Greg Brockman, OpenAI co-founder, became President after Fidji Simo's departure from the company. Simo cited a chronic medical issue for her departure. Brockman previously served as President before stepping back to focus on research and product work. OpenAI has not announced plans for an IPO.
