No internet, no screen time? FCC weighs cutting subsidy that lowers school internet bills

The Federal Communications Commission is considering changes to a subsidy program that reduces internet costs for schools. Many schools use federal funding mechanisms to lower their broadband expenses. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr has called for ending the program.
