'Cool in 90 seconds' - the fake portable air conditioners sweeping the internet

The Advertising Standards Authority ruled that advertisements for small portable cooling devices making rapid room-cooling claims violated advertising standards. The ASA stated the claims were not substantiated by evidence. The devices in question are being marketed online with promises to cool spaces in approximately 90 seconds.
