Fox bought Roku

Fox completed its $22 billion acquisition of Roku on Friday, according to announcements from both companies. The deal was first announced in June. Roku reaches more than 100 million households in the US, and Fox stated it plans to bring Fox Sports, news content, and local stations to the platform. TechCrunch reported that the Department of Justice had been investigating the acquisition prior to its completion.
