BofA’s Piron Says Won, Taiwan Dollar Offer Opportunity

Claudio Piron, head of Asia foreign exchange and rates strategy at BofA Global Research, said the Korean won and Taiwan dollar present trading opportunities following recent declines. Piron cited strong current-account surpluses and export flows in both economies as support for the currencies. He made the comments during an interview with Haslinda Amin on Bloomberg's "Insight with Haslinda Amin."
