Dropbox acquires Tigris Data for $350M to bolster its AI infrastructure

Dropbox announced an acquisition of Tigris Data for 350 million dollars to strengthen its artificial intelligence infrastructure capabilities. The company plans to use the acquisition to support development of DBX Agent Cloud, a storage platform designed for developers building AI models and agents. The deal closed in 2026.
