Activist DGB Ousts Ethan Allen Chairman, Wins Board Control

DGB Investments secured three board seats at Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. following a proxy contest, giving the investment firm majority control of the furniture company. The activist investor had sought board representation at the Connecticut-based retailer. DGB Investments now holds a controlling stake on Ethan Allen's board of directors.
