Bedrock CEO on Future of Detroit Real Estate

Bedrock CEO Jared Fleisher said the company has invested in restoring and filling 140 buildings across Detroit and Cleveland, totaling more than 21 million square feet. A new tower is under construction at the former Hudson's department store site and is expected to be completed in 2027, according to Fleisher. The comments were made during an interview on Bloomberg's "The Close" with Romaine Bostick.
