Patch for Windows Defender 0-day could allow attackers to fill hard disk

NightmareEclipse reported a vulnerability in Windows Defender that could allow attackers to fill a hard disk. Microsoft released a patch to address the issue. The researcher disclosed the flaw as a zero-day vulnerability prior to a public fix being available.
