Vista, Elliott’s Cloud Software to Refinance $2 Billion of Debt

Cloud Software Group, backed by Vista Equity Partners and Elliott Investment Management, launched a debt refinancing transaction on Monday to manage upcoming debt maturities. The company owns Citrix and Tibco among other brands. The refinancing involves $2 billion of debt.
