Cuba Gives Hero's Welcome to Thug 'Diplomat' Expelled from America for U.N. Attack

Richard Tur, a former member of Cuba's United Nations delegation, returned to Cuba on Thursday after being expelled from the United States. Tur was expelled following an incident in which he attacked a spokesman for U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz. Cuban officials held a reception for Tur upon his arrival.
