Houston Grand Jury Indicts ICE Agent on Charges of Ramming Man in Chase

A Houston grand jury indicted an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after the agent's vehicle struck a man during a chase. The man struck sustained severe leg injuries and is recovering. The indictment was returned in Houston.
