DGB Investments founder Douglas Bergeron called for the removal of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. CEO and Chairman Farooq Kathwari, according to Bloomberg. Bergeron proposed replacing Kathwari with Stefanie Tsen Ward. Bergeron made the statement on the Bloomberg Open Interest program.
