Hayden Panettiere’s death ruled accidental, police say

Greenville police closed their investigation into the death of actress Hayden Panettiere after a medical examiner ruled her death accidental. The BBC reported she died in August from the toxic effects of fentanyl, Xanax, and several other drugs. Panettiere was known for roles in the television series Heroes and Nashville.
