Chris Gober, former lawyer for Elon Musk's political action committee, is the Republican nominee for U.S. House in Texas's 10th District. Tesla and SpaceX are building a chip factory in that district. Gober's candidacy places him in a position to represent the area where Musk's business operations are located.
