Polymarket faces renewed CFTC probe over U.S. access to offshore platform

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission previously investigated Polymarket in 2024 over whether the offshore platform allowed U.S. users to access it. The CFTC ended that investigation in July 2025. The agency has now reopened the probe.
