Illinois man accused of threatening Congress with white substances in letters marked with his return address

Matthew Unglesbee was accused of mailing letters containing white powder to Congress with threatening messages. According to the FBI, Unglesbee told agents the substance was salt and that he sent the letters as a joke. Unglesbee included his return address on the envelopes.
