SpaceX locks in $40B GPU financing deal with Apollo

SpaceX disclosed in a regulatory filing Monday a binding commitment for approximately $40 billion in financing to purchase AI chips and data center equipment. SpaceX stated in the filing this represents the "largest committed GPU financing" ever completed. Apollo is financing the arrangement.
