Argentinian flight instructor jumps to death from plane, 22-year-old student forced to land alone

A 22-year-old student pilot landed a Cessna 150 alone after her flight instructor exited the aircraft mid-flight on March 15, 2026, over Córdoba, Argentina. The instructor jumped from the plane at approximately 1,500 feet altitude. The student successfully landed the aircraft at Córdoba International Airport. Argentine authorities opened an investigation into the instructor's death.
